The 1960s television series gets a 1990s update in this family film filled with computer effects. TV reporter Tim O’Hara (Jeff Daniels) believes he has the story of the century when he encounters a real-life Martian. As Tim tries to gather evidence of the landing, the Martian moves into his house, posing as “Uncle Martin.” Along with Martin’s talking space suit “Zoot,” the trio must evade an evil scientist determined to uncover their secret. Look for Ray Walston, the original TV Martian, in a small role!
